Bra-Vor Tool & Die Co., Inc. stamping department is now ISO 9001:2000 certified. The stamping department is capable of taking a new product and working from start to finish, from the development stages into the production mode. The stamping department has experience in running compliant pins, eye of needle and BGA contacts, with the progression on fine pitch stamping dies down to .015 inch / .4 mm.

BRA-VOR's stamping department has the capability of running the quality studies, R& R, CMK, PPK, SPC and PPAP. Control plans are developed and used for each stamping job. The product is inspected with a visual comparator or on a smart scope.

BRA-VOR Tool designs and builds not only fine pitch progressive dies, we also build bandolier, lead frame and modular carbide dies.
